Where we deploy AI systems as part of our service or integrate them for you, we comply with the EU AI Act transparency obligations: clear labelling of AI-generated content and interactions, cleanly documented data flows, hosting in the EU, and on request data processing under the GDPR. High-risk systems (e.g. in HR or credit) we only build once all requirements of Art. 6 ff. EU AI Act are met.
