Our entry prices are listed on the services page. What a specific project costs depends on scope. For clearly defined tasks we give you a binding fixed price. For larger digitalisation and ERP projects we prefer honest effort estimates over fixed prices that don't hold up in the end. We tell you upfront what to expect.
Smaller projects are often live within days, larger ones take a few weeks to months. After the analysis we give you an honest estimate, not wishful thinking. If the work turns out to be bigger than expected, we tell you early, not at the end.
No. Odoo is our standard because it is modular and affordable. If you already use another ERP, we connect it or tell you honestly whether switching is worth it.
Yes, that is our focus. Agents read and write directly into your ERP via interfaces, for example Odoo: capture incoming invoices, prepare quotes, route enquiries. You approve important steps before anything is booked or sent.
In most cases yes, if it is set up properly. Before we build, we clarify which data is processed, how the use case is classified under the EU AI Act and which transparency and documentation duties apply. On top come data processing agreements, hosting in the EU or on your servers and clear approvals by your team. This does not replace legal advice; where needed we coordinate with your data protection officer.
Your data stays in the EU: on German servers or, for AI applications, with EU providers under a data processing agreement or on your own servers. Everything GDPR compliant and transparently documented.
We are at home in Düsseldorf and Mülheim an der Ruhr and are happy to visit in person across NRW, the Ruhr area and Münsterland. A lot can also be handled by phone or video call.
Not everywhere, and we tell you so honestly. Where AI does not make sense we advise against it. Where it saves time or drives revenue, we deploy it in a targeted way.
We talk to you first. We don't quietly decide the project costs more, we check in with you before continuing. Better an open conversation than a nasty surprise at the end.
Not for one-off projects: you pay once and the solution is yours. Ongoing support is booked only as long as it adds value. The website subscription has a fair minimum term because we pre-finance setup and content. How long that is and what happens if you want to stop earlier, we discuss openly before any contract.
