What does it cost?
Our entry prices are listed on the services page. What a specific project costs depends on scope. For clearly defined tasks we give you a binding fixed price. For larger digitalisation and ERP projects we prefer honest effort estimates over fixed prices that don't hold up in the end. We tell you upfront what to expect.
How long does it take?
Smaller projects are often live within days, larger ones take a few weeks to months. After the analysis we give you an honest estimate, not wishful thinking. If the work turns out to be bigger than expected, we tell you early, not at the end.
What if the project takes longer than planned?
We talk to you first. We don't quietly decide the project costs more, we check in with you before continuing. Better an open conversation than a nasty surprise at the end.
What happens with my data?
Your data stays on German servers, GDPR compliant and transparently documented. On request we sign a data processing agreement.
Am I locked in long-term?
Not for one-off projects: you pay once and the solution is yours. Ongoing support is booked only as long as it adds value. The website subscription has a fair minimum term because we pre-finance setup and content. How long that is and what happens if you want to stop earlier, we discuss openly before any contract.
Does AI actually help me?
Not everywhere, and we tell you so honestly. Where AI does not make sense we advise against it. Where it saves time or drives revenue, we deploy it in a targeted way.
